Job summary

Ethos is seeking a seasoned Senior Program Manager to train our latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. This remote, flexible role demands 5–20 hours per week with ASAP start.

You will own enterprise programs, manage charters, and provide steering committee reporting, while crafting high-quality documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for executive audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives with direct ownership of program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting.
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets that hold up under executive and stakeholder scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.
