Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced programme managers to help train their language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote, flexible role offers 5–20 hours per week and compensation at $70 per hour, with ASAP start.

You will own program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting, and you will design meticulous spreadsheets and executive-ready documents to support AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise programs or PMOs with charter ownership.
• Experience building capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone trackers.
• Exceptional written communication and document craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents from core workflows.
• Lead charter, scope, raid logs, and steering committee reporting.
• Develop and maintain capacity planning and milestone tracking spreadsheets.
• Prepare stage-gate review packets for governance.
