Ethos is seeking directors of data engineering who can help train their language models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week and ASAP start, ideal for experts who excel at crafting precise technical documents and data workflows.

You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across technical design docs, data pipelines, REST API guides, and model readiness reports, collaborating with engineers and product

Formación

• 4+ years writing technical design documents or API specifications.
• Experience evaluating model outputs and documenting tradeoffs for stakeholders.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsabilidades

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks for core workflows.
• Document data pipelines, ETL steps, API specs, and system architecture decisions.
• Assess model readiness and provide clear tradeoffs for engineering and cross‑functional teams.
