Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional initiatives with ownership of charters, raid logs, and steering reports.
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking for exec scrutiny.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Manage program charter scope documents, raid logs, and steering committee decks.
• Coordinate milestone and dependency tracking across programs and stage-gate reviews.
