Job summary

Ethos is partnering with a leading AI lab to source seasoned program managers and PMO leads to help train their language model on enterprise documents and workflows. The role focuses on creating, evaluating, and refining AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and decks with ownership of charters, raid logs, and reporting.

This is a fully remote, flexible arrangement requiring 5+ years of experience in enterprise programs and a track record of steering committees and cross-functional execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives with direct ownership of program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting.
• Fluency building resource capacity planning spreadsheets and milestone tracking spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Own program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting for executive alignment.
