Job summary

Crypto.com in Dubai is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Trading to own the trading products end-to-end across the Crypto.com App, driving roadmap clarity, feature definitions, and customer insights at global scale.

You will run your roadmap with independence within Trading's priorities, partnering with Eng, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Compliance and Growth to deliver outcomes for 80M+ users with an AI-enabled approach and no layers or politics.

Qualifications

• Crypto and/or perpetuals build experience.
• Shipped software or financial products at scale.
• Data-informed, user-obsessed.
• Cross-functional leadership without authority.
• AI-native workflow. You demonstrably use AI tools with human-in-the-loop judgment.

Responsibilities

• Own the Trading roadmap. You set milestones, surface dependencies, and keep strategic priorities honest.
• Define and ship trading experiences. You write the specs, run user studies, iterate on feedback, clear the backlog.
• Stay close to how traders actually behave. You interview and observe customers, distinguishing behavior from stated asks.
• Cut the hard tradeoffs. You weigh speed vs. depth and compliance vs. ambition.
• Drive market and competitive clarity. You run the research that informs what we build next.
• Represent Trading across the company. You are the DRI in cross-functional forums with Eng, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Compliance, Growth.
• Own a defined slice of the trading product line. Deliver outcomes from inception through post-launch iteration.
