Job summary

Kraken seeks a senior Growth Marketing Manager in Dubai to lead paid channel strategy across regional markets. You will run rapid tests, optimize campaigns, and partner with Creative, Product, Data, and MarTech to improve tracking, landing pages, and user onboarding.

You will own attribution models, CAC, and payback analysis while expanding profitable growth across UAE and expansion markets in LATAM/APAC. Crypto experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Built a paid channel from zero and scaled it.
• Able to run dozens of tests monthly with clear hypotheses and budgets.
• Proficient in CAC, attribution, incrementality, cohort quality and payback.
• Experience turning winning channels into scalable campaigns with creative and MarTech support.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize next channels and campaigns, size upside by market.
• Launch tests with creative, tracking, and landing page setup, manage budgets.
• Make markets feel local by learning audience, language, and media habits.
• Judge results beyond ROAS using funded customers and payback.
• Scale winning tests into real channels with cross-team collaboration.
• Share learnings across markets to improve overall growth efficiency.
