Job summary

Binance, Abu Dhabi-based, seeks a Product Compliance Manager to lead regulatory initiatives for ADGM Recognised Bodies. You will steer product reviews, liaise with FSRA, and drive risk assessments with cross-functional teams.

In this senior role you will translate complex FSRA GEN/COBS/MIR rules into practical policies, support audits, and mentor staff, ensuring compliant product launches in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of regulatory compliance experience, specifically within fintech, crypto, or traditional financial services.
• Deep familiarity with FSRA rulebooks (GEN, COBS, MIR, etc.).
• Track record in regulatory engagement on product compliance and responding to regulatory queries.
• Ability to organize rulebook gap analyses and risk assessments with execution credentials.
• Ability to communicate guidance in a practical and commercial manner with internal stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve new products, features, and business initiatives for FSRA compliance.
• Regulatory liaison for product requests, regulatory queries, and approvals on product scope.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments, gap analyses, and operational testing for new instruments or features.
• Develop product compliance plans with cross-functional teams to meet BU objectives.
• Draft, update and maintain internal compliance policies, frameworks, and monitoring controls.
• Provide staff training and compliance guidance as needed to ensure adherence to plans.
• Assist with internal compliance audits.
