Job summary

Binance is seeking a seasoned Product Marketing Manager to lead global GTM for its crypto product portfolio. You will craft compelling narratives, align cross-functional teams, and drive adoption and revenue across regions.

You will combine deep consumer-market insights with a data-driven approach, building scalable PMM plays and leveraging AI to accelerate outputs, all in a fast-paced, remote-first setup.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product marketing or GTM with leadership experience.
• A portfolio of launches with measurable business impact.
• Deep familiarity with global consumer markets and behavior.
• Working knowledge of crypto/Web3 or fintech products.
• Ability to coordinate with overseas partners; English/Mandarin bilingual.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end GTM for Binance's global product portfolio and launches.
• Translate complex crypto products into compelling value stories.
• Synthesize user, market, and campaign data to influence strategy.
• Build and transform a PMM function with scalable playbooks.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Brand, Legal, and Compliance.
• Define success metrics and optimize launches for adoption and revenue.
• Drive AI-enabled workflows for faster, sharper outputs.
• Operate in a fast-paced, remote-first, global environment.
