Job summary

Binance in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior compliance leader to oversee regulatory conformity for ADGM Recognised Bodies and the FSRA framework. You will drive product approvals, liaise with regulators, and oversee risk assessments across new features and services.

The role requires deep expertise in fintech/crypto compliance, with at least 10 years in the field, and a proven ability to navigate FSRA rulebooks and regulatory inquiries while guiding cross-functional teams to compliant execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in regulatory compliance in fintech, crypto, or financial services.
• Extensive knowledge of FSRA GEN, COBS, MIR rulebooks.
• Proven track record with regulatory engagement and product approvals.
• Experience mapping rulebooks and conducting risk assessments.
• Ability to advise stakeholders practically and commercially.
• Strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve new products to align with FSRA rules.
• Serve as regulatory liaison for product submissions and approvals.
• Conduct compliance risk assessments and gap analyses.
• Develop product compliance plans with cross-functional teams.
• Draft and maintain internal compliance policies and controls.
• Provide staff training and support on product compliance.
• Assist with internal compliance audits.
