Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and evaluate business requirements and user needs.
• Engage in project work, including gathering customer requirements, building solutions in cloud applications like Salesforce, creating mock-ups, writing test scripts, and researching functionalities.
• Collaborate with Consultants and Senior Consultants to design and implement systems aligned with client objectives.
• Work under the supervision of the Practice Lead, exercising independent judgment on small engagements or as part of larger enterprise projects.
• Obtain relevant technical certifications and pursue opportunities for professional development.
• Possess foundational knowledge of enterprise systems, including Salesforce administration, configuration, and data migration tasks.
• Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate detailed business and functional requirements.
• Analyze current processes and develop clear future-state process maps, workflows, and business models.
• Translate business needs into user stories or BRDs for technical teams.
• Lead workshops, interviews, and focus groups with business users and technical staff.
• Participate in system demos and walkthroughs to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
• Support UAT by creating test cases, assisting in execution, and logging defects or enhancements.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to facilitate clear communication throughout projects.
• Contribute to change management, training documentation, and go-live activities.
• Identify inefficiencies and propose innovative improvements for continuous enhancement.

Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology or consulting.
