Senior Procurement Engineer – Oil & Gas Projects

Job summary

Worley seeks a Lead Procurement Engineer in the UAE to drive integrated procurement planning and execution across FEED to EPC phases. You will lead procurement plans, evaluate contractor submissions, and ensure timely delivery of plans and procedures in line with project schedules.

The role requires extensive GCC and ADNOC project experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to manage large, multidisciplinary teams on mega oil and gas projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in FEED/EPC Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
• At least 5 years in GCC region and in a similar leadership role.
• ADNOC and Offshore project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and implement internal Procurement plans and procedures.
• Ensure CONTRACTOR develops procurement plans and submits related documents.
• Review CONTRACTOR's Procurement org chart and resources.
• Monitor CONTRACTOR compliance with the AGREEMENT and project schedules.
• Review and process Technical Bid Evaluations, Award Recommendations, and related letters.
• Provide status updates and risk mitigations for procurement activities.
• Collaborate with FEED to EPC teams to achieve project goals.
