Job summary

Worley is seeking a Lead Procurement Engineer for an on-site Abu Dhabi role. You will develop and govern procurement plans, review contractor plans, and ensure timely execution of procurement activities across FEED and EPC phases.

You will lead a multidisciplinary procurement team, monitor risk, and coordinate with clients and EPC partners to meet project milestones in the GCC region.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of work experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sectors.
• 5+ years in GCC/ADNOC projects is preferred.
• Experience leading procurement teams on FEED/EPC projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain procurement plans and procedures.
• Ensure timely development and submission of project procurement-related plans by CONTRACTOR.
• Review and approve procurement and subcontracting plans and documents.
• Monitor CONTRACTOR's procurement organization and resources.
• Provide updates on procurement status and risk mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with FEED to EPC teams to meet project goals.
