Job summary

Worley, a global energy, chemicals and resources company, seeks an experienced professional to lead EPC/FEED contract administration and PMC activities in the UAE. You will drive contract management, risk mitigation, and offshore project delivery, ensuring HSSE compliance and alignment with the project plan.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 15+ years in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical, and 5+ years in similar leadership positions on major projects, including FEED/EPC and ADNOC

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 15+ years of relevant Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience.
• At least 5 years in a similar position on major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
• Experience in FEED & EPC, PMC roles and offshore projects (5+ years). ADNOC experience required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure HSSE goals and targets are met through leadership and involvement.
• Manage Project Contracts, Procurement and related activities to meet the Project Execution Strategy and Plan.
• Champion the Project Safety culture and engagement activities.
• Review EPC/FEED contract documents, responsibilities, and changes.
• Arrange kick-off meetings and ensure EPC/FEED Contractors comply with procedures and insurance requirements.
• Monitor and correlate supporting documents for insurance claims arising from loss or damage.
• EnsureContractor provides and maintains Performance/Bank Guarantees.
