Job summary

Worley is seeking a senior project contract professional to lead the EPC/FEED contracting activities for a major oil and gas project in Abu Dhabi. The role requires deep expertise in contract management, procurement, and risk mitigation to ensure alignment with the Project Execution Strategy and Materials Plan.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in oil & gas, with 5 years GCC experience and exposure to FEED/EPC contracts, plus PMC experience on international projects such as ADNOC initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 20+ years of oil & gas experience.
• 5 yrs GCC experience.
• Experience within FEED & EPC.
• Experience in PMC roles.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar position for international Oil and Gas projects.
• ADNOC experience is preferable.

Responsibilities

• Champion the Project Safety culture, behaviors and engagement activities.
• Complies with Company policies and objectives, Contracts and Procurement work processes.
• Identifying, evaluating, and resolving Contracting issues during the EPC / FEED phase of the Contract.
• Review of EPC / FEED Contract Baseline.
• Review of EPC / FEED Contract requirements.
• Review and comment on the division of responsibilities.
