The role requires 15+ years in procurement, including 3+ years in leadership, and hands-on ERP/MIS proficiency to drive reporting and governance across multi-project environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of procurement experience, including 3+ years in a leadership/management role.
• Experience managing procurement for Oil & Gas EPC projects.
• Experience with ERP/MIS systems and procurement reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project-specific procurement strategies aligned with objectives, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify critical materials, equipment, and services for project phases.
• Establish procurement plans and schedules to ensure on-time delivery and continuity.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies, contracts, and legal requirements.
• Negotiate terms, contracts, and framework agreements to maximize project value.
• Monitor procurement spend, variances, and achieved savings.
• Lead supplier qualification, evaluation, and onboarding with a strong vendor network.
• Mentor and develop project procurement professionals; foster a high-performance team.
