Job summary

Worley is seeking a Lead Contracts Engineer in Abu Dhabi to drive procurement contracts and EPC/FEED activities across major Oil & Gas projects. The role demands strong leadership to ensure HSSE, contract compliance and timely execution.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 15+ years in the industry, and at least 5 years in a lead contract capacity on large projects, with GCC and offshore experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline from an accredited university.
• 15+ years of Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience; GCC experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar lead contract role on major projects; FEED/EPC experience required.

Responsibilities

• Champion HSSE goals and lead by example.
• Manage and support Project Contracts, Procurement and related activities to meet project objectives.
• Review EPC/FEED contract requirements, baselines and management documents.
• Lead kick-off meetings and ensure EPC/FEED contract administration procedures are followed.
• Ensure insurance requirements and performance/bank guarantees are in place.
• Prepare and review Monthly Subcontract Administration Reports and close-out procedures.
