Job summary

Worley seeks a Procurement Contracts professional to lead integrated procurement plans and supervise CONTRACTOR procurement activities within PTS projects. You will ensure timely development, submission and approval of procurement plans and related procedures, while coordinating with engineering, construction, and project control teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
15+ years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industries.
Minimum 5 years in a similar procurement/contract role on mega projects.
Experience with FEED/EPC projects and ADNOC/offshore environments.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement plans and procedures for projects.
Lead CONTRACTOR procurement and subcontracting activities to meet schedules.
Review and approve procurement plans, procedures and organization charts.
Monitor compliance with the AGREEMENT and project timelines.
Provide guidance on procurement-related matters to stakeholders.
