Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi seeks a Lead Procurement Engineer to drive integrated procurement plans and ensure timely contractor submissions across FEED to EPC phases. You will monitor compliance, review organization resources, and coordinate with project teams to meet schedules and procurement milestones.

Ideal candidates bring 15+ years in FEED/EPC, GCC/ADNOC experience, and a proven track record of leading large procurement teams on mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects in international settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of work experience with FEED/EPC projects.
• 5+ years GCC/ADNOC experience preferred.
• Experience leading teams on major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal procurement related plans and procedures.
• Ensure CONTRACTOR develops and submits project procurement plans and procedures per the agreement.
• Review CONTRACTOR's Procurement Organisation Chart and resources.
• Monitor CONTRACTOR's procurement and subcontracting activities for schedule adherence.
• Prepare and process company position papers and procurement-related documents.
• Coordinate with FEED to EPC teams to secure project goals.
• Provide status updates and risk mitigations for procurement activities.
