Job summary

ADIB Group is seeking a Senior Relationship Manager for Wealth Coverage in the UAE & International. Based in Alain, you will drive client acquisition and manage relationships within Priority and Private Banking segments, leveraging the bank's global network to expand wealth and liability product offerings.

You will source and cross-sell solutions to HNWIs and UHNWIs, ensuring compliant onboarding, understanding client risk profiles, and meeting revenue targets across markets.

Qualifications

• Proficient understanding of wealth management products and private banking services.
• Ability to source new clients and build long-term profitable relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
• Knowledge of regulatory environment and compliance requirements for wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Source NTB clients within Priority and Private Banking segments.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Develop a personalized client acquisition approach based on goals and risk profiles.
• Engage with potential clients via networks, branches, events and marketing initiatives.
• Promote and cross-sell wealth management and liability products including cross-border opportunities.
• Lead onboarding with KYC and regulatory compliance.
• Achieve targets for client acquisition, revenues and portfolio growth.
