Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a Senior Private Banker to acquire and develop high-net-worth client relationships in Abu Dhabi. You will manage portfolios, cross-sell wealth and private banking solutions, and drive AUM growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and governance.

The role requires strong relationship management, a sales mindset, and the ability to collaborate with specialist teams to offer investments, financing and wealth planning services.

Qualifications

• Experience in private banking and wealth management with a track record of selling investment products.
• Strong knowledge of client onboarding, KYC, AML and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent relationship management and cross-selling capabilities.
• Ability to develop plans to deepen client relationships and increase share of wallet.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new HNWI clients and cross-sell existing relationships.
• Maintain active referral network and manage client portfolios.
• Grow Assets Under Management and liabilities while driving profitability.
• Collaborate with internal partners to deliver private banking solutions.
• Ensure client onboarding documentation is complete and compliant.
• Prepare call reports and maintain regular client contact (quarterly).
• Adhere to all controls, policies and governance guidelines.
