Job summary

ADIB Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Relationship Manager for Wealth Coverage, UAE & International, to grow Priority and Private Banking client base. The role focuses on acquiring high-net-worth clients locally and internationally, managing relationships, and cross-selling wealth management and liability solutions.

You will leverage ADIB's global network and branch footprint to identify opportunities, ensure compliant onboarding, and drive revenue growth across markets while delivering

Qualifications

• Experience in wealth management and private banking client advisory.
• Proven ability to sourcing new high-net-worth clients and managing relationships.
• Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in wealth services.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source NTB clients within Priority/Private Banking segments.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
• Cross-sell wealth management and liability products to meet client needs.
• Coordinate onboarding with KYC/compliance and documentation.
• Achieve targets for client acquisition, revenue and portfolio growth.
• Represent the bank at events and maintain an active network.
