Job summary

Thinkproject seeks a seasoned Pre-Sales professional to identify customer opportunities and translate pains into compelling use cases. You will demonstrate the Thinkproject platform and drive value during client discussions for Enterprise and Invest Accounts.

You will become an expert across Thinkproject functions and present tailored solutions, collaborating with Sales in all opportunity lifecycle stages and shaping collateral to win opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication and consultancy skills are required.
• Ability to assess business needs and translate them into solution value.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer opportunities and pain points and define compelling use cases.
• Demonstrate Thinkproject software and value through demos and presentations.
• Configure and present solutions for Enterprise and Invest Accounts with a customer-centric approach.
• Define product/solution scope and ensure smooth handover to delivery teams.
• Develop presales collateral like use cases, demos, storyboards and videos.
• Respond to RFIs/RFPs from a technical perspective.
• Uncover new opportunities within existing accounts and provide feedback to product teams.
