Job summary

Thinkproject GmbH is seeking a Presales Expert Consultant in Dubai to identify customer opportunities, define use cases, and demonstrate the Thinkproject platform to address business needs. You will be an expert across Thinkproject functions and support both Enterprise and Invest Accounts.

With 3+ years in a similar role and a degree in a relevant field, you will work on opportunities independently or in teams, helping sales drive revenue through value-based engagements and compelling demos.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years proven experience in a similar role.
• Degree in Engineering, IT, Architecture or comparable.
• Strong communication and consultancy skills.
• Business assessment expertise.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer opportunities and define use cases with business value.
• Demonstrate Thinkproject solutions to address client needs.
• Be an expert in Thinkproject functions (CDE, Contracts) for Enterprise and Invest Accounts.
• Work on new or existing account opportunities independently or as part of a team.
• Help Sales achieve revenue by offering technical expertise across the opportunity lifecycle.
• Follow PreSales process: discovery, value-based conversations, demos and presentations.
• Define product/solution scope to ensure smooth handover to implementation teams.
• Develop presales collateral: use cases, demo materials, storyboards, videos.

What your day will look like

Identify customer opportunities and pain points, define compelling use cases and business value, then convincingly demonstrate why Thinkproject software is the right solution to address them.

Be an expert in multiple Thinkproject business functions (e.g. CDE, Contracts, etc.) with strong ability to configure and present the solution in a customer-centric way (both Enterprise and Invest Accounts).

Main responsibilities:

• Work on new or existing account opportunities either independently with a transactional product sell or as part of a team with a solution sell.
• Help Sales achieve their goals for new revenue by offering technical expertise in all phases of the opportunity lifecycle.
• Work according to the PreSales process: discover business pains on initial conversations, deliver value-based conversations on client pitch calls using demos and presentations.
• Define product / solution scope to ensure an effective transition to implementation teams
• Develop presales knowledge base, by building and managing collaterals such as use cases, demo material, storyboards, video messages.
• Assess and respond to RFI's/RFP's from a technical point of view.
• Detect new business opportunities with our existing customers.
• Give structured feedback to the product and the development teams.
