Job summary

Midis Group is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer in Dubai to advise the Sales team on technical issues, design solutions, and lead POC/RFP efforts. You will build partner and customer relationships and drive technical initiatives across the sales cycle.

You should have 5+ years in Pre-Sales, especially with IBM Software AI & Automation, and regional ME/Levant experience. Willingness to relocate within the region is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Pre-Sales experience with strong expertise in IBM Software AI & Automation.
• Regional experience covering Middle East & Levant markets.
• Strong skills in partner enablement, customer presentations, solution sizing, BOQs and deal support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with partners and end customers.
• Open to candidates outside the UAE willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in technical solutions design of the company products/services.
• Work with the Sales team to develop and implement account penetration strategies and targets.
• Create specific accounts for product(s), service(s) and sales plans.
• Collaborate with the Sales team in qualifying opportunities and presenting technical proposals and designs.
• Run, manage and drive POC and RFP processes and close opportunities pre-sales.
• Build relationships with partners and customers to support sales objectives.
• Lead technical sales calls.
• Manage adoption, integration, and value generation of offered products/services.
• Complete required pre-sales documentation quickly and accurately.
• Develop content, train and support partners and customers.
• Respond to after-hours support queries during rotations and escalations if needed.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for leads, opportunities and deal registrations.
