Job summary

Mindware in Dubai is seeking a Pre-Sales Engineer to advise the Sales team on technical issues, design robust solutions, and drive business through multiple technical initiatives.

You will act as a subject matter expert for company products, collaborate with Sales on penetration strategies, run POC/RFP activities, and support partners and customers. Willingness to relocate outside the UAE is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of Pre-Sales experience with IBM Software – AI & Automation.
• Regional experience covering Middle East & Levant markets.
• Strong skills in partner enablement, customer presentations, solution sizing, BOQs and deal support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with partners and end customers.
• Open to candidates outside the UAE willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert in technical/solutions design of company products/services.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop account penetration strategies and targets.
• Create accounts and sales plans for products/services.
• Qualify opportunities, present high-level designs and demonstrations.
• Lead POC and RFP efforts from a pre-sales/implementation perspective.
• Build relationships with partners and customers to support sales objectives.
• Lead technical sales calls.
• Manage adoption, integration and value generation of offerings.
• Complete required pre-sales documentation accurately.
• Develop content, train and support partners and customers.
• Respond to after-hours support queries during rotations.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM for leads and deal registration management.
