Job summary

Delphi Consulting seeks an AI Solution Engineer in Dubai to shape credible enterprise AI solutions within pre-sales. You'll conduct technical discovery, architecture, prototyping and client demonstrations on the Microsoft AI stack, translating executive use-cases into actionable delivery plans.

The role spans from executive discussions to working demos, with ownership of RFP/RFI responses, security, data residency, and cost considerations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in software engineering, cloud architecture, AI/ML or enterprise solution consulting.
• 5+ years building generative AI solutions with LLMs and AI agents.
• Experience delivering production AI/analytics solutions.
• Strong Python development and API usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with stakeholders to define AI use cases and delivery approach.
• Design secure, scalable enterprise architectures for generative AI on Microsoft stack.
• Build working demos, accelerators and proof-of-concepts for feasibility and value.
• Own technical workstream of RFPs/RFIs: architecture, scope, estimates, risks.
• Define patterns for grounding, memory, tool-use and human-in-the-loop per use case.
• Assess model choices on quality, latency, security, data residency and cost.
• Present solutions in workshops and bid reviews; respond to technical questions.
• Collaborate with account/delivery teams to shape opportunities and reusable assets.
• Support due diligence, planning and handover after award.
• Maintain knowledge of Microsoft AI services and licensing for reuse.
