Job summary

TALENTMATE in Dubai is looking for a Senior Pre-Sales Consultant to advise the sales team on technical issues, design solutions, and drive pre-sales implementations. You will act as a technical expert, building strong relationships with partners and customers to propel multi‑faceted initiatives.

The role requires deep experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture and network security, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture or similar role.
• Strong network and security solution design expertise.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with PoC engagements and vendor evaluations.
• Certifications from Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build detailed design, architecture and proposals for new systems.
• Review and document existing processes to meet client needs.
• Evaluate software products per procedures and ensure user needs are met.
• Define project goals and design criteria; devise optimal client solutions.
• Ensure solutions align with Statement of Work and client requirements.
• Manage the bid process by responding to RFIs and RFPs and creating technical proposals.
• Collaborate with sales to close deals and allocate resources.
• Coordinate detailed engineering plans from suppliers and schedule implementation.
• Lead technical sales calls and present to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitive landscapes.
