Job summary

SITA Switzerland Sarl in Dubai, UAE, seeks a Solution Specialist, Manager (Pre-Sales) to bridge customers, sales, and product teams. You will drive discovery, craft solution narratives, and accelerate opportunities across the Middle East and Africa region, with a strong emphasis on networking, cybersecurity, and connectivity solutions.

You will engage with business stakeholders, translate requirements into value propositions, and support solution strategy and offer development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in pre‑sales, solution consulting, solution engineering, technical sales support, or customer‑facing technology roles.
• Proven understanding of networking, connectivity solutions, cybersecurity, wireless networking, LAN/WAN technologies, cloud networking, or telecommunications services.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development Managers to identify and progress strategic opportunities.
• Lead customer discovery sessions, workshops, and solution discussions.
• Present and position SITA's networking, connectivity, cybersecurity, and digital communication solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor between sales, product management, solution engineering, and customers.
