R.C.C - Reliance Contracting Co. in Abu Dhabi seeks a seasoned Sales Lead for generator sets and power solutions.

You will develop sales strategies, pursue UAE government, EPC, and infrastructure opportunities, and build relationships with consultants, contractors, and end users. Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or related field, 5–10 years UAE sales experience in power generation, a UAE driving license, and strong English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5–10 years of sales experience in generator sets, power generation, or related sectors in the UAE.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE market.
• Strong network within EPC contractors, consultants, oil & gas, utilities, data centers, or government sectors.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify opportunities across UAE government, EPC, infrastructure, oil & gas, healthcare, data centers.
• Build relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and end users.
• Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline for generator projects.
• Prepare proposals with engineering and procurement teams.
• Lead negotiations and close contracts with key accounts.
• Participate in tenders and prequalification processes.
• Develop channel partners and strategic alliances.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with manufacturers for pricing and project opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events.
