Job summary

RemotePass, a UAE-based startup enabling remote work, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Employment product line: Global Payroll and Employer of Record. You report to the CEO and will drive end-to-end domain ownership, discovery-led development, and cross-functional execution across time zones.

You’ll start hands-on and hire 2–3 PMs over time, shaping the product org, AI tooling, and payroll depth to scale operations globally in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product with payroll, EOR, or HR tech ownership.
• Shipped and scaled payroll or employment product.
• Ready for first domain leadership or manage a small domain.
• Strong discovery instincts: derive view from customers and data.

Responsibilities

• Own the payroll/EOR domain end-to-end and drive roadmap.
• Cross-functional execution with product, engineering, and GTM across time zones.
• Start hands-on and hire 2–3 PMs over time.
• Oversee internal tooling and AI initiatives to scale operations.
