Job summary

Remote is seeking a senior product manager to lead reporting and analytics platforms across multi-surface offerings. You will shape the vision, roadmap, and governance for payroll, HR, and finance reporting experiences.

You will partner with Data, Engineering, Design and Legal to deliver scalable solutions, embed AI insights, and drive adoption with clear KPIs. Fluency in English and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Senior-level PM with focus on reporting/analytics
• Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code
• Strong data literacy incl. schemas and lineage
• Ability to read/write SQL to validate results
• UX sensibilities for complex data workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Business-level English

Responsibilities

• Set reporting and insights strategy with a multi-surface roadmap
• Build empathy for payroll, finance, and HR personas
• Own payroll-grade reporting: standard reports, configurable building, GL/journal exports
• Develop AI-driven insights with anomaly detection and proactive recommendations
• Partner with Data, Engineering, Design and Legal to deliver scalable solutions
• Establish and monitor KPIs for adoption, engagement, trust, and report accuracy
