Job summary

Deel is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of our platform. You will work across technologies from the user interface to server-side infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration for Deel’s global payroll services.

You will collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps to deliver secure, scalable solutions. The role emphasizes remote-first collaboration, strong TypeScript expertise, and building for a diverse, worldwide

Qualifications

8+ years of full-stack development experience with TypeScript focus.
Expertise in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications.
Experience collaborating in a remote-first culture and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality, responsive web applications using TypeScript, React, and Express.
Design and implement server-side APIs, data models, and business logic with Express.
Create client-side components, hooks, and tests to interact with server-side work.
Build and optimize database schemas and queries (Postgres).
Write reusable, modular code for frontend and backend, ensuring scalability.
Perform thorough testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for deliverables.
Stay updated on trends and best practices to improve processes.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
