Job summary

Worley in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Project Controls professional to lead cost control, estimating and planning for EPC projects. The role focuses on safe delivery, budget alignment and accurate forecasting across multi‑currency cash flows and change order management.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years in oil & gas PMC/PMO, FEED/EPC exposure and offshore project experience, with strong leadership and reporting skills. UAE GCC familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum 10+ years of oil & gas experience with PMC/PMO roles.
• Experience in FEED & EPC projects and offshore work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Champion safety culture and ensure cost and progress control.
• Review WBS and ensure alignment with contractual scope and reporting.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, and cash flow; review contractor invoices and change orders.
• Prepare cost reports and provide input to senior management on financial performance.
• Support in risk reviews, value engineering and project execution planning.
