Job summary

Allegiance Real Estate, a UAE-based advisory and investment firm headquartered in Dubai, seeks a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own paid campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and more. You will manage large budgets, optimize campaigns across international audiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive qualified leads and revenue.

Qualifications

5+ years hands-on performance marketing experience.
Experience with real estate or luxury markets preferred.
Strong analytics and attribution knowledge.
Experience with GA4 and CRM-based reporting.
Excellent communication and project management.

Responsibilities

Plan, launch and optimize multi-platform paid media campaigns.
Manage campaigns across property launches, lead gen, and brand awareness.
Develop platform-specific strategies for Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat and YouTube.
Track CPL, ROAS and other KPIs; report to stakeholders.
Collaborate with content, design, sales, CRM and international teams.
Ensure accurate tracking via GA4, GTM, pixels and CRM integrations.
Stay ahead of platform updates and emerging growth opportunities.
Translate data into actionable recommendations.
