Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in performance marketing with responsibility for regional, multi‑market, e‑commerce, or retail advertising budgets.
• Hands‑on experience with PPC, paid social, SEM, display advertising and programmatic media.
• Proven ability to deliver data‑driven campaigns that improve ROI, ROAS and customer acquisition.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end paid advertising campaigns from planning to optimization and reporting.
• Strong web analytics capability to interpret attribution signals and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Build region‑specific performance marketing plans that support traffic growth and sales.
• Manage paid search, paid social, display, programmatic, retargeting, and app campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Criteo, and RTB platforms.
• Control multi‑channel budgets with focus on revenue, ROAS, CAC and conversions.
• Align campaigns with brand, CRM, e‑commerce and commercial teams.
• Connect paid media with stock, campaigns, and promotional calendars.
• Review structure, keywords, bids, audiences, placements and landing pages to improve results.
• Guide creative development to meet brand standards and channel requirements.
• Use test‑and‑learn to refine formats, audiences, bidding and market plans.
• Track performance signals daily/weekly and identify growth opportunities and budget risks.
• Prepare clear performance reports covering traffic, spend, sales, ROAS and ROI.
• Translate analytics into practical recommendations for scaling and optimization.
• Stay updated with digital advertising trends and retail media practices.
