Job summary

Emerald Zebra is seeking a senior Performance Marketing Manager for a fully remote role with overlap to Gulf hours. You will own strategy, build, optimisation and reporting of campaigns across Google, Meta, Yahoo and TikTok, reporting directly to the CEO and shaping the function as the business grows.

The role emphasizes ownership of client outcomes, autonomy, and a genuinely international client base with an emphasis on measurable performance and a results-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on performance marketing with proven results.
• Deep, current capability across Google, Meta, Yahoo and TikTok.
• Able to manage substantial monthly spend against CAC/ROAS targets.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, build, optimisation and reporting of performance campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Lead measurement integrity end-to-end (GA4, conversion APIs, server-side tagging).
• Present findings and recommendations to clients and CEO.
