Job summary

Reliance Human Resources Consultancy in Dubai seeks an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to own paid media strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat. You will drive campaign execution, optimization, tracking, and reporting while mentoring a Junior Executive.

You will collaborate with Brand, Creative, Content, CRM, and tech teams to develop growth ideas, test creative concepts, and improve funnel performance across multiple brands.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience with proven performance results.
• Experience managing multiple brands/accounts simultaneously.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads; proficient in GA4, GTM, Ads Manager, and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms.
• Own campaign structure, naming conventions, budgets, pacing, and platform best practices.
• Drive growth, efficiency, and scalability across multiple brands and objectives.
• Build and maintain a clear UTM and tracking framework.
• Ensure accurate implementation of GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, and conversion tracking.
• Analyze performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare weekly performance updates and monthly in-depth reports.
• Work closely with Brand, Creative, Content, CRM, and technical teams.
• Develop creative testing ideas, new growth opportunities, and innovative performance concepts.
• Manage and mentor a Junior Performance Marketing Executive.
