Job summary

Emerald Zebra - Recruitment & Executive Search in the UAE seeks a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to own strategy, optimization and reporting across Google, Meta, Yahoo and TikTok. This senior, hands-on role offers genuine ownership of client outcomes with direct access to the CEO and the flexibility to work remotely while overlapping Gulf hours.

You will lead campaigns, manage budgets, build measurement, and present findings to clients and the CEO.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on performance marketing with a proven demonstrable record of results.
• Deep current in-platform capability across Google Meta Yahoo and TikTok; not a single-channel specialist.
• Track record of managing substantial monthly spend against defined CAC and ROAS targets.
• Confident in data interrogation using GA4/Looker Studio or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience with AI-led campaign types and automation.
• Understanding AI's impact on campaign management and measurement.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to lead client conversations.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Ownership - Plan, build, launch and scale campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, Yahoo DSP and TikTok Ads.
• Deploy and govern AI Max on Search with brand controls and category reporting.
• Allocate and reallocate budget across channels and markets based on incremental ROAS.
• Maintain a continuous testing agenda across audiences, creative, bidding, landing pages and offers.
• Own measurement integrity: GA4, conversions, server-side tagging, attribution settings.
