Client of Emerald Zebra Talent Solutions is seeking a senior performance marketing leader to own strategy, optimization, and reporting for campaigns across Google, Meta, Yahoo and TikTok. The role is fully remote with overlap to Gulf working hours and client calls across time zones.

You will drive multi-channel campaigns, govern AI-based activations, manage budgets, and ensure measurement integrity from GA4 to attribution. English communication must be excellent.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years hands-on performance marketing with demonstrable results.
• Deep, current, in-platform capability across Google, Meta, Yahoo and TikTok.
• Proven track record managing substantial monthly spend against CAC and ROAS targets.
• Confident in GA4, Looker Studio or equivalent, and advanced spreadsheet work.

What you ll do

Campaign Ownership

• Plan build launch and scale campaigns across Google Ads Search AI Max Performance Max Demand Gen YouTube Meta Advantage Sales Lead Generation Yahoo DSP and Yahoo Native and TikTok Ads
• Deploy and govern AI Max on Search search term matching text customisation final URL expansion brand controls and category reporting balancing the reach gain against query quality and brand safety
• Allocate and reallocate budget across channels and markets on the basis of incremental return
• Keep a continuous testing agenda running across audiences creative bidding strategy landing pages and offers
• Own measurement integrity end to end conversion APIs server-side tagging GA4 configuration offline conversion imports and attribution settings

Analysis amp Reporting

• Build and maintain reporting that answers commercial questions quickly CAC ROAS CPL LTV to CAC and incrementality nbsp
• Diagnose performance movements and explain the underlying cause not just the outcome nbsp
• Present findings forecasts and recommendations directly to clients and to the CEO

Client Partnership

• Act as the senior performance marketing authority on a portfolio of international accounts nbsp
• Lead performance reviews quarterly business reviews forecasting and growth planning nbsp
• Manage client expectations candidly and constructively including where the data doesn t support the request

AI amp Platform Change

• Keep current working knowledge of platform automation AI Max smart bidding keywordless and broad match behaviour Advantage automation AI-assisted creative and privacy-first measurement nbsp
• Apply AI tooling to raise both output and quality creative variants copy at scale script automation anomaly detection and reporting nbsp
• Translate platform and industry change into a clear point of view for clients before they raise it
