Job summary

Emerald Zebra in Dubai is seeking a Performance Creative Manager to own acquisition journeys and the creative that fuels them: display, video and copy. This role is hands-on, client-facing, and remote; you’ll sometimes build in Figma and other times guide client teams on optimizing the conversion path.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years in design for direct response: paid social, display, landing pages.
• You've redesigned acquisition flows and can show conversion numbers.
• You've produced banner and social creative at scale across platforms.
• You've commissioned and managed video, including budgets and deadlines.
• You write ad copy and can cite tests backing your versions.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud; capable of basic motion/editing.
• You use generative AI tools in live client work, with a view on limitations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end acquisition journeys and the creative that feeds them.
• Redesign landing pages, forms, and checkout steps with clear specs for developers.
• Produce banners across sizes for Google, Meta, Yahoo, and TikTok.
• Create video from brief to finished file, manage suppliers and timelines.
• Write headlines, hooks, and calls to action for search, social and display.
• Run creative tests and report on what moves cost per acquisition.
