Job summary

Emerald Zebra Talent Solutions seeks a senior designer to own acquisition journeys end-to-end across ads, forms, pages, and checkout steps. You will craft banners, display, video, and ad copy at scale while keeping client brands consistent.

You will lead creative projects, run tests for optimization, and leverage AI tools where appropriate. Strong English, remote collaboration, and Gulf-hours overlap are required; no degree is necessary.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years in design for direct response across paid social, display, landing pages.
• Redesigned acquisition flows with measurable conversions.
• Experience producing banners and social creative at volume across platforms and sizes.
• Commissioned and managed video including budgets, suppliers and deadlines.
• Wrote ad copy and backed tests with results.
• Advanced Figma and Creative Cloud; capable of basic motion/editing.
• Experience using generative AI tools in live client work.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; able to present work remotely; Gulf time overlap.
• No degree required.

Responsibilities

• Walk the full path from ad click to conversion and identify drop-offs; redesign landing pages and forms in Figma.
• Produce display and social creatives for Google, Meta, Yahoo, and TikTok to spec.
• Manage video from brief to finished file; coordinate editors and suppliers.
• Write headlines and copy across search, social, and display; craft angles for tests.
• Run creative tests and report results; retire underperforming work; use AI tools where helpful.
