Job summary

Emerald Zebra - Recruitment & Executive Search is assisting a Dubai-based client in finding a Performance Creative Manager for a remote role. You will own acquisition journeys and the creative across display, video and copy, working directly with the CEO.

The role is hands-on and client-facing, involving redesigning funnels, banners, video, and ad copy, with testing and AI-assisted optimization. The design function will scale as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years in design for direct response.
• Redesign acquisition flows with measurable conversions.
• Create banners and social creatives at scale.
• Experience producing video with budgets and timelines.
• Write ad copy and back with tests.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe CC; some motion/editing skills.
• Use generative AI tools in live client work.
• Interpret performance data to guide design tests.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end acquisition journeys from ad click to conversion.
• Design landing pages and checkout steps with build-ready specs.
• Produce display, social and video creative for multiple formats.
• Maintain brand while tailoring content to platforms.
• Run tests and enable clients to continue testing independently.
