Al Futtaim Private Company (LLC) in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Sr Performance Marketing Specialist to define, launch and scale region-specific campaigns across the Middle East and Asia, driving traffic and revenue while strengthening brand impact in a fast-paced multi-market setting.

You will own paid search, paid social, display and programmatic activity, align media with stock priorities, and collaborate with Brand, CRM and Digital Trade to optimise ROAS, CAC and customer value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with multi-market or regional budgets
• Proven track record delivering data-driven campaigns with strong ROI
• Experience end-to-end management of digital paid advertising across multiple markets

Responsibilities

• Define launch and scale region-specific performance marketing strategies to drive traffic and grow sales
• Own and optimize the delivery and performance of paid search, paid social, display and programmatic campaigns across retail platforms like Google and Meta
• Manage multi-channel and multi-market paid media budgets to achieve revenue, ROAS, CAC and customer acquisition targets
• Collaborate with Brand, Digital Trade and CRM teams to align paid media activities with stock availability, product priorities and broader marketing calendars
• Oversee the development and optimization of performance marketing creative and content assets ensuring alignment with brand standards and performance goals
• Utilize a strong test-and-learn approach and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced multi-market environment
