Job summary

A&A Associate in Dubai is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to lead paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other platforms, delivering high-quality leads and measurable business growth.

You will optimize full-funnel activities, manage budgets, implement conversion tracking and analytics, and collaborate with Marketing, Prequalification, Sales, Creative and CRM teams to align campaigns with revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of proven experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other paid digital platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, pixels, attribution, UTM tracking, and analytics tools.
• Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion-focused marketing.
• Experience with budgeting and optimizing campaigns based on performance data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across multiple platforms.
• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
• Manage campaign budgets including allocation, bidding strategies, targeting, placements, and scaling.
• Drive high-quality lead generation while improving CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and CAC.
• Develop and optimize full-funnel campaigns from lead acquisition to customer conversion.
• Monitor performance daily and weekly; identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copies, landing pages, offers, and structures.
• Collaborate with creative to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaigns.
