Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in performance marketing; agency experience strongly preferred
• Proven track record in managing teams and client accounts
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
• Excellent leadership, organizational and communication skills
• Client-facing experience with the ability to present strategies and results confidently

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning execution and optimization of multi-channel performance campaigns
• Manage and mentor a team of Performance Executives and Senior Executives
• Own client relationships acting as the primary point of contact for performance strategy and delivery
• Develop media plans aligned with client objectives and ensure flawless execution
• Monitor account health revenue pacing and ROI delivery
• Conduct detailed analysis and deliver actionable insights through reporting and business reviews
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams planning ad ops programmatic data science for integrated solutions
• Stay updated on industry trends tools and performance marketing innovations
