Job summary

Dentsuaegis Dubai is seeking a Performance Manager to oversee a portfolio of performance-driven accounts, lead a team of executives, and ensure campaigns meet client KPIs through multi-channel strategies.

You will translate client objectives into actionable plans across search, social, programmatic and e-commerce, own client relationships, and drive reporting and insights to optimize ROI.

• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and performance/e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Client-facing experience with the ability to present strategies and results confidently.
