Job summary

Dentsuaegis Dubai is seeking a Performance Manager to oversee a portfolio of performance-driven accounts, lead a team of executives, and ensure campaigns meet client KPIs through multi-channel strategies.

You will translate client objectives into actionable plans across search, social, programmatic and e-commerce, own client relationships, and drive reporting and insights to optimize ROI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing.
• Proven track record in managing teams and client accounts.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel performance campaigns.
• Manage and mentor a team of Performance Executives and Senior Executives.
• Own client relationships and act as primary contact for strategy and delivery.
• Develop media plans aligned with client objectives and ensure flawless execution.
• Monitor account health, revenue pacing, and ROI delivery.
• Conduct detailed analysis and deliver actionable insights through reporting and reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and performance marketing innovations.
