Justlife is seeking a Performance Team Lead to own cross- channel campaigns and manage a team of specialists. You will optimize new-customer CAC across markets and verticals, while maintaining spend efficiency and measurable payback.

You will stay hands-on in ad accounts, drive testing, and build robust measurement with GA4, CAPI, and server-side GTM. GCC experience is a plus for regional growth.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in performance marketing.
• 2+ years owning a substantial monthly budget across Meta and Google.
• Hands-on in ad accounts in the last two years, in-house at a consumer app or marketplace.
• You control tracking: CAPI, server-side GTM, GA4 or AppsFlyer/Adjust.
• Build reports in SQL or advanced Excel; analyze CAC, payback and blended vs marginal spend.
• Mentored two or more media buyers.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snap, and Apple Search Ads, including app install and in-app event campaigns.
• Drive new-customer CAC down by market and vertical with a CAC ceiling.
• Weekly budget allocation model focused on marginal CAC and payback.
• Lead a team of Performance Executives to own verticals end to end.
• Collaborate with Business Development, CRM, Product, and category teams on acquisition quality and supply constraints.
