Job summary

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of digital channels, and the ability to deliver results through cross-functional collaboration. Permanent, full-time position based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in performance marketing (agency experience strongly preferred).
• Experience in managing teams and client accounts.
• Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and performance/e-commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into business insights.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Client-facing experience with presenting strategies and results.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel performance campaigns.
• Manage and mentor a team of Performance Executives and Senior Executives.
• Own client relationships, serving as the primary contact for performance strategy and delivery.
• Develop media plans aligned with client objectives and ensure flawless execution.
• Monitor account health, revenue pacing, and ROI delivery.
• Conduct detailed analysis and deliver actionable insights through reporting and business reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and innovations.
